Amway's European Diamond Conference took place April 19-24 in New York City's iconic Waldorf Astoria hotel.

A highlight of the program was a special welcome to Ellis Island from the New York City Police Department's pipe-and-drum corps.
The multinational group, which represented 16 countries, dined in the main hall on Ellis Island, where millions of immigrants entered the United States.
The Ellis Island dinner was topped off with a glorious fireworks display in New York Harbor, in honor of the Amway incentive winners.
The Allied/PRA team used creative, language-free signage to direct participants to their groups and transfers to events, including an afternoon on Broadway.
The final night gala, featuring the awards ceremony and music courtesy of Kool and the Gang, was held at Cipriani 42nd Street.
