The Southlake Building at the 744-room Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colo., will be renovated, beginning in February 2012 and expected to finish a few months later. Opened in 1918, the two-story Southlake's 15 rooms will get a new look with the addition of balconies, a new entry foyer, lighting, carpeting and furnishings.
