On Sept. 7, the Watermark Hotel in San Antonio, Texas, officially becomes the Mokara Hotel and Spa, taking its name from the spa brand of its parent company, Omni Hotels & Resorts. The 99-room River Walk property features a 17,000-square-foot spa with 18 treatment rooms, dining at Pesca on the River and 6,300 square feet of meeting space.
