Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide completed its $100 million sale of Bliss Spas to Steiner Leisure Limited on Monday. According to the terms of the sale, Bliss and Remède spas and amenities will remain exclusive to W Hotels and St. Regis Hotels, respectively. Aloft hotels will continue to offer Bliss Tried+Blue amenities.
