Shelby's Rooftop at the Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa
The Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa is now open in the South of Market neighborhood, just three blocks from the Moscone Center. Hilton's first lifestyle hotel in the city, the upscale property features 194 rooms, including two penthouse suites, plus a rooftop lounge with panoramic city views, and 4,000 square feet of event space.
Guest rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows for an abundance of natural light and views of the neighborhood, including Yerba Buena Gardens. Rooms are outfitted with local art, minifridges and Nespresso machines, and bathrooms have walk-in rain showers.
On-site food-and-beverage options include the Bean Bar café; Shelby's Rooftop, a local hangout with cocktails, small bites, and sweeping views; and the Social, the swanky lobby restaurant and bar. All cater to locals and the after-work crowd, as well as hotel guests. Canopy staff members can offer food, drink and entertainment recommendations off-site as well, and Canopy Bikes are available for guests to explore the city.
The hotel offers five meeting venues on-site, including private-dining options at the Mezzanine Bar & Lounge and the Velvet Room.
