The 208-room InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue was unveiled in July, the first InterContinental-branded hotel in Washington State and in the Pacific Northwest. The property is part of the Avenue development, which also features 365 luxury condominiums, 85,000 square feet of retail space and celebrity chef–led dining.

“Bellevue has evolved into a dynamic center for innovation, and deserves a hotel and residential development that mirrors its bright future,” said Andy Lakha, CEO of owner Fortress Development.

The hotel features 190 contemporary luxury rooms, ranging from 306 to 380 square feet; 17 suites and panorama suites, ranging from 420 to 600 square feet; and a 1,500-square-foot, two-bedroom Presidential Suite.

Dining options include a Spanish tapas restaurant called Teleferic, as well as Ce La Vi Bellevue, a Parisian cocktail bar and bistro that offers daily high tea and a premier selection of whiskey, wines and cocktails crafted by award-winning mixologist Marie Yoshimizu. To start the day, guests sit down at Fresco, whose breakfast menu blends global inspirations with locally sourced ingredients, celebrating the unique flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

For meetings, the third and fourth floors of the Avenue Center, connected by sky bridge to the hotel, offers more than 12,000 square feet of space in nine function rooms. These include a 4,250-square-foot grand ballroom, a 2,275-square-foot junior ballroom, two 400-square-foot breakout rooms, and two 350-square-foot boardrooms.
