Twin Fin Hotel Debuts in Waikiki

The 645-room property on O'ahu features more than 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

Twin Fin Waikiki Hawaii Lanai Suite

A reimagining of the former Aston Waikiki Beach, the 645-room Twin Fin Waikiki is named for a type of surfboard with two fins that debuted in the 1970s and is made for playful, mellow surfing. The hotel debuted its new name and look last November.

Across from Kuhio Beach on O'ahu, the property features the indoor-outdoor Tiki's Grill & Bar, serving a casual American and Pacific-Rim menu prepared in an open kitchen. The venue hosts live contemporary Hawaiian music nightly. On the 21st-floor, the Coconut Club offers breakfast along with panoramic views of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head crater and the ocean. For a grab-and-go experience, quick bites are available at the street-level Wolfgang Puck Express Waikiki.

The two main eateries are available for events, as is the Lokahi meeting room, bringing the property's total to more than 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

A short drive from the Diamond Head crater, the hotel is a jumping-off point for adventures at the Waikiki Aquarium, the Honolulu Zoo and a host of outdoor adventures on the island.
