Green Dining Comes to San Antonio's Alamodome

San Antonio's Alamodome and its food-service partner, ARAMARK, are launching Green Fork, a farm-to-table dining concept for delegates who want to eat more healthful meals. Among the choices will be tossed-to-order salads with ingredients from local growers, such as Patty's Herbs in Pearsall and Monterey Mushrooms in Madisonville. The Alamodome offers 160,000 square feet of exhibit space.
