Patrick Kaler, currently the president and CEO of Visit Loudoun (Va.), has been named president and CEO of Visit Buffalo Niagara; he will begin his new post Jan. 6. The previous head of the DMO, Dottie Gallagher-Cohen, left the agency in June to head the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.
