Caesars Palace Las Veas, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, is debuting two new Presidential Villas in its Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower. The property now features 3,980 guest rooms.

"These spaces were designed not just for luxury, but for connection — whether that's an executive board gathering on a private terrace overlooking the Strip, or a VIP reception surrounded by world-class design," said Michael Massari, CSO for Caesars Entertainment. "We're proud to offer planners an entirely new tier of memorable, high-impact environments that simply can't be replicated anywhere else in Las Vegas."

Suite details

The rooftop Colosseum Presidential Villas are modern residential "palaces" that offer unmatched privacy, sophisticated design and dedicated butler service with personalized amenities.

With similar layouts, the 8,060-square-foot option features brushed gold accents and soft lighting, while the 8,370-square-foot villa showcases bold lines and darker tones. The two can connect, spanning more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Each of the specialty accommodations features a 1,700-square-foot terrace with sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline.

Design highlights include:

  • A private elevator through a grand vestibule inspired by Roman gardens;
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic Las Vegas views;
  • Custom chandeliers crafted from metal, glass and crystal;
  • A double-sided glass fireplace;
  • An entertainment lounge with a bar and a midnight marble billiard table;
  • A formal dining room with mirror-lined ceilings and a 10-seat Calacatta Oro marble table;
  • A tranquil courtyard lounge with skylight and terrace views;
  • An outdoor terrace with a fluted travertine bar and dark timber dining ensemble;
  • A primary bedroom that serves as a private sanctuary, featuring a spa-inspired bathroom and bespoke furnishings; and
  • An additional 1,350-square-foot bedroom in between the two villas, with curved floor-to-ceiling windows and a glamorous bathroom with a Calacatta marble tub and Nero Marquina marble floors.

High in the Sky Villas

On the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower, the 29 new Sky Villas feature a contemporary design with clean architectural lines, a refined palette and views of the city. Created to appeal to a new generation of high-end travelers, the Sky Villas aim to reflect how modern guests live, entertain and unwind. Bold material contrasts were used — including marble and metal, velvet and leather, and crystal and stone — to compliment the soaring ceilings, sculptural lighting and curated art.

More Caesars Palace updates coming soon

The new villas join a host of other resort updates, including a complete overhaul of the main entrance and the crystal casino dome, as well as the addition of the Flavian Sky Suites, the Celebrity Food Hall and Caspian's Cocktails & Caviar. The Qua Bath & Spa and fitness center recently were redone.

Looking ahead, even more changes are coming for guests:

  • The Omnia Dayclub, a 46,000-square-foot space, will feature two expansive pools and regular performances from top global DJs, coming later this year.
  • The Augustus Tower, with nearly 1,000 suites, will be renovated this year with designs by Peter Silling & Associates, and all 500-plus rooms in the Julius Tower and the 1,200 in the Palace Tower will be redone in 2027.
  • The VIP check-in lounge is being reimagined this year.
