Business event management firm PRA announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Chicago-based One Smooth Stone, an event and communication agency. One Smooth Stone has served industry brands globally - its portfolio spans across more than 30 countries - for over two decades, designing and producing events to achieve business goals. The company curates in-person and online events, incentive programs and communication strategies for clients.
"Today marks a new day in our endeavor to redefine our business in response to our clients' expectation of us," said Tony Lorenz, CEO of PRA. "We have been asked by our clients repeatedly to build a toolkit of solutions that will meet more of their needs, especially on a creative and production level, in the delivery of business events."

According to PRA, One Smooth Stone will henceforth operate as "One Smooth Stone, a PRA event and communication agency."
