Former chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of ASAE Bill Taylor passed away on June 8. Taylor first served ASAE as a volunteer leader before rising to chairman of the board in 1974-1975. The next year, he received ASAE's highest award for volunteer service, the Key Award. From 1982 to 1998, Taylor was president and CEO of the organization.
