Hyatt Hotels Corp. recently announced it will manage the Park Hyatt Busan in South Korea. The hotel is expected to open in 2013 and will be part of a 10-acre mixed-use development that includes three residential towers, one office tower and retail space. The 268-room Hyatt property will offer more than 7,700 square feet of meeting space in addition to two restaurants, a fitness center, a spa and an indoor pool.
