The Cloud 9, a breezy gin creation from the new Baha Mar resort in the Bahamas, puts a new twist on a traditional Caribbean cocktail called "sky juice."
2 oz gin
3 oz soursop (also called guanabana) juice
1 oz coconut syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake to blend, then strain over ice; garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
