The Bare Minimum cocktail, created by the 21c Museum Hotel Louisville, livens up gin with berries and basil.
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz ginger syrup
6 raspberries
1 basil leaf
Muddle basil, raspberries and ginger syrup, then remove basil leaf. Add gin and lemon juice, shake and strain into a Collins glass.
Fill just over halfway with soda, then fill to the top with ice.
