Get the Kinks Out

Conference facilitator Adrian Segar suggests this one-minute movement break to get attendees' blood flowing during a long session: Rotate shoulders up, back and down for 20 seconds. Follow this by raising arms above the head and swiveling hips for 20 seconds, then finish by turning your head to the right until the point of a gentle stretch, hold for 10 seconds, and repeat on the left side.
